We can use CLI 2.0 command az group exists to test the resource group exist or not, like this: C:\Users\user>az group exists -n jasontest false. In this way, before we create it, we can test the name available or not. In new resource group, we can create new Vnet and other resources.

When uploading large files, increasing the value of --azureblob-upload-concurrency will increase performance at the cost of using more memory. The default of 16 is set quite conservatively to use less memory. It maybe be necessary raise it to 64 or higher to fully utilize a 1 GBit/s link with a single file transfer.
To enable blob versioning for a storage account with Azure CLI, first install the Azure CLI version 2.2.0 or later. Then call the az storage account blob-service-properties update command to enable versioning, as shown in the following example. Remember to replace the values in angle brackets with your own values:
